The care that my husband and I received was very sensitive and empathetic. The concealing myself and our son's received had helped us all to my and come to terms with our loss. The support my husband also received was given with his dignity as the most important thing.

The care was excellent, the staff at all grades was exceptional. I believe you have perfected a wonderful service and should be proud of all your achievements. We as a family can never thank you enough for your dedication and the way you look after the patient in her final weeks of life.

Excellent care. One-to-one was very helpful; allowing plenty of time to talk 5 things and only finishing when the time was deemed right by both parties. The group discussions allow other people's experience to help focus one's own thought.
